DMCA Guidelines

Welcome to our DMCA Guidelines page. Here, we are committed to protecting the rights of copyright owners while also fostering a community of fairness and respect. We understand the importance of intellectual property and strive to ensure that all content on our platform abides by the lawful guidelines. If you believe that any content on our website infringes upon your copyright, we are here to help.

Submitting a DMCA Notice

If you’ve identified content on our site that you believe infringes on your copyright, please reach out to us. A DMCA Notice must be submitted to our designated agent at the following email: dmca@carcontracttemplate.com. For your claim to be considered, it must include the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material.
  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
  • A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notice and Restoration of Content

If you have received notification that content you posted on our website was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe this was a mistake, you have the right to submit a counter-notice. Send your counter-notice to our designated agent at dmca@carcontracttemplate.com, including the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the content.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.

After receiving a counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If they do not notify us within 10 business days that they are seeking a court order to prevent further infringement of the content at issue, we may, at our discretion, restore the content to our website.
